1 lb. Ground beef
1 envelope Dry onion soup mix
14.5 oz can Diced tomatoes
15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 c. Cooked Rice
2 lg Green Peppers, Chopped
1 beef bouillon cube
1/8 c. Packed brown sugar
2 T. Apple cider vinegar
1 1/4 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions in large saucepan. Drain grease drippings. Stir in dry soup mix and heat thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients (except rice) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30-40 minutes or until peppers are soft Add rice and heat through.

Helpful notes: Can top with mozzarella cheese after served if desired.
