Potatoes
Ham, cubed
12 T. Butter
12 T. Flour
6 c. Milk
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and chunk. Set aside. Melt butter and add flour to make a rue. Add milk to rue mixture. Stir and wait for soup to thicken. Once mixture has thickened, add potatoes, ham, salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Cook soup on a low temp for several hours. Add more butter and seasonings to taste.
