6 c. Self-rising flour
2 c. Buttermilk
1 c. Crisco
1/3 c. Sugar
1 pkg Yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 2 Tbsp warm water. Cut Crisco into flour and sugar. Add buttermilk and yeast mixture. Mix together. Place in covered bowl and refrigerate overnight. Pinch off enough for pan rolls as needed. Knead on floured board. Cut into biscuits and bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes.

Helpful notes: Dough will keep for weeks in refrigerator.
