2 1/2 c. Flour
3 t. Baking powder
1/2 t Salt
1 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Soft butter
1 egg
3 small bananas
1/2 c. Milk
3/4 c. Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Mix sugar, butter, egg, bananas and milk together. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Helpful notes: Any fruit can be used in place of banana. Original recipe called to blend wet ingredients in a blender which will help break down fruit for recipe.
