4 eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. Flour
2 c. Grated zucchini
2 1/2 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Baking soda
1 t. Baking powder
1 t. Salt
1 T. Vanilla
1 c. Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts until combined. Pour batter into greased bread pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
