2 cups uncooked rice
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 chopped onion
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
In baking dish: Melt butter and stir in onion and uncooked rice over low heat.
Cook until rice is brown. Add 1 can beef broth and cover with foil. Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
