1 large can asparagus
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. pimiento
2 hard cooked eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2/3 cup bread crumbs, mixed with melted butter
1/2 lb. cooking cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add salt, paprika and flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk until sauce is thick. Add mushroom soup. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add celery, pimiento, and eggs. Then add onion, which has been fried in butter. Put in baking dish, alternate layers of sauce and asparagus. Top with bread crumbs and brown in oven.
