1 (1 pound) package of uncooked rotini pasta
2 cups chopped cucumber - small dice
2 cups tomato (about one large tomato) get the same dice size as your cucumber.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp zest of lemon
1 Tbsp Cavenderís all purpose Greek Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water, drain well.
Stir all ingredients into the cooked pasta in a large bowl.
Cover with a lid or cling wrap and chill for at least an hour.
