2 cups raw almonds
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Toast almonds on cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes (stir a few times). Combine sugar, water, vanilla and cinnamon in a deep sauce pan, then heat to boil. Add the toasted almonds and stir. Continue to cook until all water is evaporated and almonds are coated. Remove from heat, spread on cookie sheet lined with wax paper to cool.
