2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice
2 cup chicken broth
1 cup chunky salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook until tender. Mix uncooked rice into skillet, stirring often until the rice begins to brown. When rice begins to brown, add in chicken broth and salsa, reduce heat to a simmer and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
