cake:
1 white cake mix
cup oil
cup plus 1 Tbsp. water
1 small pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
cup chopped pecans


topping:

2 cups powdered sugar
⅓ cup water
2 tbsp. butter, softened
tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix and blend first five ingredients for 4 minutes.
Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 35 minutes. While baking, mix the topping ingredients. Remove from oven and pierce
cake all over. Pour topping over cake and return to oven for 5 minutes.
