2 ounces rye whiskey
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce lime juice
5 blackberries
8 mint leaves
ginger beer

Directions:
Directions:
1. Muddle the blackberries and the mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. Don't have a shaker? You can use a travel coffee mug or a mason jar.
2. Add the lime juice, simple syrup and rye.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake.
4. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice and top with ginger beer.
5. Enjoy immediately!
