c. dried apricots(finely chopped)
c water
⅓ c sugar
tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apricots and water in a small saucepan.
Cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
Add sugar and continue cooking uncovered until thick.
Cool slightly and add vanilla.
