2 cakes or pkg. of yeast
2 cups warm water
½ c brown sugar
¾ c cooking oil
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
3¼ cup white flour
3 cup whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and add liquids, mix well. Let rise in a greased bowl. Punch down and knead until smooth and elastic. Divide and shape into 2 loaf pans, or 4 small ones,. When risen to the top of the pans, bake at 350º for 45 minutes. After baking, brush with margarine or butter.
