2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c chopped pecans
tsp salt
4 scant T. flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 T melted butter or margrine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.
Beat eggs until thick and lemon yellow in color. Mix remaining ingredients in order listed.
Fill greased-miniature muffin pans full and bake for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
These freeze well. Makes about 2 dozen muffins.
