1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter, Soften)
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar or Sugar Free Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Oatmeal (uncooked)
1 Cup Raisins
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Add another teaspoon vanilla if Sugar Free Substitute was used

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat to blend butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in later and raisins, mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.

If using Sugar Free Substitute, bake on 325 degrees.
