Potato Corn Chowder Recipe

1 pkg of bacon
1 large chopped onion and about the same amount of celery
4 cans Campbell's Potato Soup
2 cans of corn (drained)
2 cans of cream corn
2 soup cans of milk
Additional vegetables as desired
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in large pot or Dutch Oven. For bacon, cook, drain on paper towel, and then crunch up into small pieces. Set aside. In small amount of bacon grease saute onion and celery. Add soup, corn, cream corn and milk. Add additional vegetables as desired at this point. Simmer on low, stirring every few minutes so as not to stick to bottom of pan. Season as desired with salt, pepper, Beau Monde spice and Mrs. Dash Original. Serve topped with bacon and shredded cheese. This recipe should be thick like a Chowder,
