2 cans Evaporated Milk
2 cans Eagle Brand
½ cup sugar
6 eggs
¼ cup Mexican Vanilla (may need a little more)
or regular vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with wire whisk until blended. Add whole or 2% milk to the fill line of the ice cream bucket.
Add ice and ice cream salt in layers while churning.
When motor stops, cover with ice and a towel until ready to serve.
