1 box Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. ground Beef
1 pkg. Chinese Sausage
1 pkg. Sweet Sausage
1 qt. Ricotta Cheese
1 pt. Cottage Cheese
2-16 oz. pkgs. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1-16 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-26 oz. can Hunts Meat Sauce
1 small Onion

Cook noodles as directed, drain and set aside. Cook ground beef, and sausages until no longer pink inside. Saute onion with beef and sausages till soft and set aside. Mix ricotta and cottage cheese in bowl.
Mix mozzarella and cheddar cheeses together in separate bowl.

Add a thick layer of noodles to a large oiled casserole pan. Add about inch thick layer of ricotta mixture and then inch thick layer of meat mixture and pack down. Add sauce to cover, and mozzarella cheese mixture on top. Repeat layers one more time. Bake in a 350 oven for about 1 hour. Allow to cool for hour after baking before cutting.
