1 lb. Crabmeat (or Salmon or any cooked leftover fish)
5-6 tbsp. Parsley
3 tbsp. Minced Onion
2-3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
tsp. Curry Powder
3 tsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve on crackers, sandwiches, or on lettuce for a salad.
