1(4.1 oz.) box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
1(2.25 oz.) can sliced, ripe olives
1 cup, grated cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, peeled and sliced
1(7 oz.) can button, mushrooms
2 tablespoons salad oil
¼ teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup boiling water.

Directions:
Directions:
Place the rice and contents of seasoning packet in a 1½ quart casserole dish. Add the olives, cheese, tomatoes, and mushroom and mix. Combine the seasonings and sprinkle over the top.
Pour boiling water over ingredients in the casserole and mix.
Cover casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350º.

Remove the cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
