1 pkg. (18 oz.) Yellow Cake Mix
1 Egg
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
½ cup Vegetable Oil
2 tblsp. Butter or Margarine

Directions:
In a bowl, combine cake mix, peanut butter, egg and oil. Press ⅔ of mixture into a greased 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. In a heavy saucepan, heat the milk, chocolate chips, and butter over a low heat; stir until blended. Pour over the crust. Sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in pan. Cut into bars. Makes 2½ dozen.
