1⅔ cups flour
1⅔ tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Vanilla
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 tbs. sour milk (if no sour milk, add a pinch of salt to the milk.)
1 tbs. vinegar
2 very ripe (black) bananas
optional - ½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease and flour a tube pan.

Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Put butter in bowl, stir in sugar and eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Put in the bananas, then add the dry ingredients.

Bake in 350º oven for about 30 minutes or until done.
