1/2 cup butter, softened
1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 and 3/4 cups cake flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons allspice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups sour cream

Icing:
14 ounce can condensed milk
2 ounces milk
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, add baking soda to sour cream and let foam.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in egg yolks and vanilla.
Combine all other dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Fold in sour cream mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake mixture.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch round pans, then bake for 25-30 minutes.

Icing:
Add all ingredients to a pot.
Cook over medium heat and stir often until thickened.
