2 pounds Hamburger NOT Chuck
3 eggs
½ cup minute oats
3-4 slices of sliced bread
½ of a small bag of onion/pepper/celery mix (frozen)
4oz can of Tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
Cream
Water
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tear the bread up and put in bowl with oatmeal
2. Soak the bread/oatmeal mixture with cream/water (don't over saturate, just soak)
3. Mix hamburger and bread/oatmeal mixture together in a mixing bowl. Next, add the eggs and
onion/pepper/celery medley. Mix well.
4. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and add a little ketchup if mixture seems dry. Mix well.
5. Put in a baking dish and top with ketchup.
6. Bake at 325-350º for 1.5 hours or until done.
