2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled for 10 minutes
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Add the milk, butter, eggs and vanilla to the dry ingredients u ntil well incorporated.
Add the chocolate and butterscotch chips until well blended.
Using muffin trays lined with paper cups, fill them up 3/4 full.
Bake in a 400F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
