1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup provolone cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 large egg yolk; plus 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Kosher salt
1 pound whole wheat pizza dough
1/3 cup marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F and line a sheet pan wioth parchment paper and dust with cornmeal.
In a bow mix together all cheeses, egg yolk and 1/4 tsp salt.
Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces.
Put some flour on a work surface and roll each piece of dough into a 5 inch round.
Put 2 tbsp of cheese mixture in the center of the dough and top with 2 tsp marinara sauce.
Using the beaten egg, brush the siides of the round and fold over the filling to make a half moon.
With a fork press on the edges to close.
Bursh the tops of the pockets with the beaten egg.
Place on the sheet pan and bake for approximatley 25 minutes or until golden brown.
