3 tsp dry active yeast
3 cups lukewarm water
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups all purpose flour
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put the water in a bowl and add the yeast. Let rest for 5 minutes until the yeats disolves and starts to bubble.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes or until smooth and pliable.
Return dough to an oiled bowl, cover and let rasie in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Cut the dough into desired sizes and roll in a floured surface.
