5 medium sized apples
½ c. butter or margarine
¾ c. quick cooking rolled oats
½ c. flour
¾ c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Cut apples in quarters. Peel and remove cores. Slice apples thinly and place in lightly greased round pie pan. In medium bowl, mix oats, sugar and flour. Add butter or margarin and stir until you have a crumbly mixture. Cover apples with oat mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.
