3 c chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c (before cooking) shell macaroni
1/3 c onion, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 c green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1 (15 oz) can pineapple tidbits (reserve juice)
2 C green or red seedless grapes
2 c apples, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c cashew nuts
6 T sunflower kernels

1 1/2 c mayo
1/4 c pineapple juice (from tidbits)
1/4 t curry powder, or more to taste
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper

1. cook and drain macaroni
2. drain pineapple, reserving juice
3. combine chicken and other ingredients
4. Mix together sauce with chicken salad and Chill
