1 pkg. Au Jus gravy dry seasoning
Deli sliced roast beef
Sliced Provolone cheese
1 pkg. deli rolls or sub sandwich rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make au jus gravy mix according to package directions.
2. Open up rolls and put mayo on them.
3. On one side put roast beef (however many slices you want) and on the other side, put one slice of provolone cheese (I cut it in half to make it easier to fit on the roll!).
4. Put these two open-faced rolls in the oven - on a cookie sheet with however many sandwiches you are making - and bake until the cheese melts and the roast beef is hot.
5. Take out of oven and put the two open-faced rolls together to make a sandwich. Serve with a side of au jus gravy for each person.

We put it in a little custard cup or ramekin next to each place for easier dipping! They are yummy!
