Crust:
1/2 c butter melted
1/3 c sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
1 c. flour

Filling:
12 oz soft cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla

Topping:
1/3 c sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
4 c peeled and sliced Granny Smith Apples

Directions:
Directions:
1. mix and press crust into a 9 or 10 inch springform pan. Press 1 inch up the sides
2. Mix filling ingredients until creamy and pour over crust
3. Roll apples in cinnamon and sugar place on top of filling
4. bake 10 min at 450. Turn down to 400 and bake 25 min
