1 lbs ground beef
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
dollop of sour cream
salt
pepper
onion
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with salt, pepper, and diced onion. Drain, add cream of mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream. Mix and heat thoroughly. Allow to simmer and cook down slightly. Serve over instant white rice.
