Cupcakes
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Filling
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all cupcake ingredients, fill cupcake tins 1/2 full. Add 1 tsp (or a dollop) of filling onto the top of each. Sprinkle with a little sugar, bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
