Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c Sifted flour
2 t Cream of tartar
1 t Baking soda
t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly sugar, shortening & eggs. Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, soda, & salt. Chill dough. Roll into balls the size of small walnuts & roll through mixture of 2 T sugar & 2 T cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned but still soft (approximately 12 min) at 350 degrees.
