1 c Butter
½ c & 1 T tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
2 ½ c Flour
¾ tsp Almond Extract
¾ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add gradually to beaten eggs. Add rest of the sugar, salt, and almond extract. Add four. Mix thoroughly. Press onto greased cookie sheet and bake approximately 8 min at 350 degrees.
