1 pkg. Cream cheese
1 c. Powdered sugar

1 qt. Strawberries
1-2 pkg Graham crackers crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese. Wash strawberries. Remove stem and core out center. Cut narrow end of strawberry so it is flat. Place layer of crushed graham crackers in bottom of dish reserving about ¼ C. Fill strawberries by piping into strawberries. Place strawberries in graham crackers so they stand up. Sprinkle remaining graham crackers on top. Refrigerate. These only keep about 1 day so it is best to make them just before you desire to use them.
