2 pkg. Fresh mushroom caps
5.2 oz. Boursin cheese
10 oz. Beef broth
To taste Burgundy cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushroom caps. If stems intact, remove. Fill caps with Boursin cheese. Place in casserole dish with cheese side up. Surround in beef broth and wine to taste. Broth should be ¼ inch deep or so. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is warm and caps softened.
