2 lb. (4 c.) peeled potatoes
⅓ c. water
tsp. salt
1 c. milk
⅓ c. sour cream
1 tsp. dry Ranch salad dressing mix
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes till fork tender, drain. Mash potatoes and add ⅔ c. milk. Stir in sour cream and dressing mix. Spread in 1 qt. casserole dish. Pour remaining milk over potatoes but do not mix in, dot with butter. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Stir, bake for another 20-30 minutes.
