Cake:
1 pkg. white or orange cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
4 eggs
1½ c.milk
½ c. vegetable oil

Flling:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut


Cake Icing:
1 c. filling
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8oz.) Cool Whip

Mix ingredients together. Bake in 3 (9 inch) pans at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Filling:
Mix ingredients together. Save out 1 c. of filling, set aside. Put remaining filling between layers of cooled cake.

Cake Icing:
Mix ingredients together (adding the 1 c. of filling that was set aside). Ice entire cake. Store in refrigerator.
