6-8 medium potatoes
2 T. butter
2T. flour
1 t. ground mustard
1/8 t. pepper
1 cup milk
1 block of Velveeta
2 cups diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly slice 6-8 potatoes. Boil in large pan until tender (10-15 minutes). Save 1 cup of water. Drain and place in 9x13 pan.

In large sauce pan, melt butter and add flour. Add ground mustard and pepper. Add reserve water and milk. Heat until thickened and bubbly. Add ham and Velveeta. Heat until melted. Pour over potatoes.

Cover and back for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
