Bread:
1/2 cup shortening
1.5 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup sour milk (1T vinegar or lemon juice added to milk)
2 cup flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt


Frosting:
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 T. butter
1/3 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread ingrediants and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting: boil first 3 ingrediants for 2 minutes then add 2 cupts of powdered sugar.
