8 duck breasts, halved
8 thick bacon strips
1 T. Lawry's seasoned salt or Cavendar's seasoning
1 (16 oz.) bottle Wish-Bone dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and remove breasts from 4 ducks. Marinate in Wish-Bone dressing in a glass container in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Remove and sprinkle with seasoning. Wrap a bacon strip around each breast, secure with a toothpick. With soaking hickory chips over gray coals, grill breasts over medium, closed grill for about 20 minutes or smoke in a charcoal and water smoker for about 40 minutes.
