1 lb. ground sausage
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
12 eggs
1-1/2 cup Bisquick
1-1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Ro-tel tomatoes
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup milk
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Mix sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese and place in a 13x9x2-inch Pyrex dish. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt pepper and oregano and pour over ingredient already in dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set and golden.
