Ingredients:  
1 small package frozen hash browns
1 small carton sour cream
c. grated cheddar cheese
c. chopped onion
can cream of chicken sou;
stick margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Place hash browns in bowl and add sour cream, cheese, onion, chicken soup, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and crush corn flakes or cheese cracker crumbs on top. Dot with butter, return to oven and bake until brown.
