2 lbs Ground Sirloin
2 tbsp Mustard Seed
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
2 tbsp Tender Quick
1 tsp Gound Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients using your hands.
Form into rolls and cover with foil (shiny side in)
Refrigerate 24 hours
Preheat oven to 325º
Poke small holes in bottom of the aluminum foil using a toothpick
Place on a broiler rack and fill pan with 1/2 inch of water
Bake for 90 minutes then refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
