For Crust:
¾ cup margarine
2 cups Flour
⅔ cup Sugar
¼ cup Milk

Topping:
11 oz. Mandarin Oranges (drain away juice)
Strawberries or Raspberries (something red)
Kiwi Fruit, cut in slices and pieces
5 slices Pineapple (½ large can, save the juice)
Blueberries
Shredded Coconut

Glaze:
1 cup Pineapple Juice (all juice from the large can)
2 tblsp Sugar
1 tblsp Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, sugar and flour thoroughly. Add milk to mix. Press mixture onto a greased pizza pan. Back at 375º for 18 minutes.

For one pizza, cut 5 slices pineapple into chunks. Arrange all fruits on crust. Sprinkle with coconut.

Cook the glaze ingredients to a full boil for 1 minute. Pour on top of fruit.

To make a second pizza with the extra slices from the large pineapple can, you will need an additional small can of pineapple juice for the glaze, about 1 cup. Enjoy!
