Cabbage Salad

4 cups Cabbage, coarsely chopped
Red Onion, chopped
1 cup chopped Pecans
2 Apples, chopped, skin left on
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Craisins
1 cup Mayonnaise

Directions:

Toss and combine all salad ingredients with the mayonnaise and cup of the Poppy Seed Dressing.
 

Poppy Seed Dressing


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
cup Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
⅓ cup Honey
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp grated Onion
2 tbsp Poppy Seeds

Directions:

Combine and shake first 6 ingredients. Add poppy seeds and shake.
