2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
½ c. water
1 c. butter
2 c. peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and stir sugar, syrup and water in 3 quart saucepan until sugar dissolves. While syrup boils blend in butter. Stir often after 230º. Add nuts at 280º, and stir constantly to a hard crack stage of 305º. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in baking soda, mixing well. Pour into 2 greased cookie sheets.
Let cool and set.
