Chicken (Any part ) whole chicken cut in half cook skin side up
Jerk Seasoning sauce Hot /mild
ketchup
salt
b/pepper
sazon
1 stick of butter

Directions:
preheat oven 375 ,,,,mix 3tsp of jerk seasoning with some ketchup just use judgement amount taste and see how hot or mild u like it u can always add more if needed now season ur chicken with some salt b/pepper sazon and ur jerk season rub down real good and with the rest of the sauce pour over the chicken let sit for 20 mins or more for best taste let sit over night. then cook again remember butter is who..ur best friend cook for 21/2 hrs base chicken in between after that uncover let chicken get brown for about 25 mins serve with black rice n beans with cabbage salad.
